新冠肺炎疫情爆發(fā)后，原本遍布大街小巷的理發(fā)店都大門緊閉不對外營業(yè)。理發(fā)的平常小事，變成了職工不得不面對的大難題。集團總部工會及時注意到職工的理發(fā)難題，想職工所想、急職工所急，把解決職工“頭頂”小事，當成工會的“頭等”大事?？偛抗杆俳M織黨工辦和人力資源中心，3月3日下午，在集團總部“職工之家”舉行一場“溫暖人心，解決員工‘頭等大事’”的送理發(fā)上門服務活動，邀請?zhí)K豪知名發(fā)廊上門為總部60多名員工提供了貼心周到的美發(fā)服務，得到員工高度贊許。
活動現(xiàn)場，為確保剪發(fā)活動安全、有序開展，減少人群聚集等候，整個活動采取了“分時分段分批”的方式進行，每位到職工之家剪發(fā)的員工，必須戴口罩做好消毒防護，相互間隔1.5米以上，理發(fā)師為每位員工剪發(fā)前做到仔細消毒剪刀、推子、梳子等工具。發(fā)型師用嫻熟精湛的手藝、細致耐心地為海大人修剪出個性化的發(fā)型。一位正在理發(fā)的員工說：“工會組織的上門剪發(fā)活動太好、太實在、太貼心了，理發(fā)店都不開門，這把頭發(fā)苦了我一個多月，今天終于解決我的頭頂大事了?！?br />
